The shipping company ensures that products are transported at temperatures between -3°C to -15°C, so they arrive to you exactly as they left us.

Our products are frozen, and we deliver them at the highest possible quality.
The shipping company follows a strict cold chain from departure to delivery.
Therefore, we allow only two delivery attempts to ensure the product remains in perfect frozen condition.

Dear customer, you have the full right to receive a product that is intact and as described.
Please follow these steps if you notice any damage:
- Take a clear photo of the shipment immediately upon receipt.
- Ensure the photo shows the exact location of the damage.
- Report it immediately through the official store contact channels.
If the shipment is not photographed or reported at the time of delivery,
the store cannot be held responsible for compensation, as we prioritize procedure accuracy and product quality.
📝 Know Your Rights & Ensure Accurate Information
If your order is shipped to the wrong city due to incorrect information, the cost of reshipping or rescheduling will be borne by the customer according to the shipping company’s policy.
These fees reflect the actual shipping company charges, not the discounted price shown on your invoice.
